Booth's affiliations were many. Active in several fraternal orders, he was Worshipful Master of the Larned Lodge No. 167 A.F. and A.M. and a member of the Apollo Commandry No. 16 K.T. of Larned. In addition, he served as the Commander of the B. F. Larned Post No. 8, Grand Army of the Republic and was elected in 1889 to the office of Kansas Departmental Commander, Grand Army of the Republic.

From Site #5, proceed south on Broadway five blocks to 4th Street. There, turn west (right) one block, and north (right) one fourth block on Main Street to Site #6 located on the west (left) side of the street adjacent to Prescott Auto Parts. There was located the Grand Amy of the Republic Hall.
