McKee Rut on the Original Dry Route of the Santa Fe Trail. This rut is just to the east and north of Bellefont in Ford County, Kansas. The marker is located just north of U.S 50/56 .1 mile north of the intersection in the photo on the west side of the road, this intercetion is one mile east of Bellefont, Kansas.
