Maxwell Ruts on the Fort Hays/Fort Dodge Road. One and one half miles north of Fort Dodge, Kansas. The Ruts are the lines just to the east of the farm yard. The marker is located in the center of this multiple set of ruts approaching the marker from the northeast.
