This large cutdown located between the two trees in the picture and is located to the north of the county road and bridge at Duncan's Crossing. Along with this cutdown are several ruts, this location is on the Fort Hays/Fort Dodge Road, north and east of Hanston, Kansas in Hodgeman County. Also at this location several trail ruts were lost due to farming.
